Mention anything you have noticed: hot rooms, high cooling bills, a dripping barn roof, pests in the attic or insulation that got wet. If you are a Lakeland Electric customer with thin attic insulation, say so, since its rebate requires an inspection before work starts. We will set a time to look and send you a written estimate.
